its actually kinda easy you use a video editor website and you should two exact same scenes, so on with the guy driving and one with the sunglasses being thrown and then right when the glasses hit the they start a new one with him having the glasses on, its how they do a bunch of effects in movies like people getting hit by cars and stuff
