"Beautiful" is a relative term and subject to personal taste. Musicianship, however, is not relative.
Look at the drummer, he's playing a 5 piece kit. His fills are boring. He's attracting attention because he looks like a clown without a shirt. The pianist isn't doing anything special either. They look weird, that's how they get attention.
I listened to the 2 songs you mentioned. Both of them are pretty boring and not "physically demanding" at all. It's very typical of manufactured music.

Some of Buddy Rich's best solos were on four and three piece kits, and Neil Peart's most famous solo is on like a 100 piece kit.

this is the first real female who has the ability to write fantastic lyrics and play there own tunes and some cover tunes in a different way than usual,but there talent and her intense ability to write is fantastic, and after seeing her on the who killed amanada palmer tour in north carolina on the 14, and being a 44 year old who has seen everyone from the led zeppelin to the cure, and from the dead to kraftwerk she is an outstanding performer and gives it all at her shows, she rocks
