you have a right to like the phillies and hate the mets. but how can you say they are assholes... the mets have in my opinion the most likeable baseball players than any other team, plus alot more talent.. and this kid was given an oppurtunity to meet David Wright. He is the most likeable guys in all of baseball. i was very fortunate to even shake his hand at the mets and yankees game at shea this year. god bless this kid, and let him bless you and help you realize how this kid has been affected

you are 100 percent correct. i heard that the only reason this kid is terminally ill is because david wright fucked him and gave him Ass AIDS, the worst form of AIDS out there today. David Wright also said the kid wore his jersey, but its just because wright left it in the kids bedroom after they had a couple of hours or rough, nasty, nasty sex. Wright set this up so it was like the first time he actually met him when really he was the cause of his death.

As die hard a phils fan as i am and as much as i revel in the mets misery i gotta ask u not to stoop that low. we at phillies nation know we're better than mets fans but wright is the only guy on the mets who is even tolerable. He plays hard and keeps his mouth shut. Unlike jose reyes who deserves to die in a fire. theres really no need to lower ourselves and say things we would expect mets fans to say about our guys. Being that close to reyes probably will speed up his aids and kill him faster.

The Phillies are my second team in baseball.The Indians are my first.I just kinda fell on this video and really have to commend Mr.Wright on doing this for the kid's family.Most players in a personal setting won't sign autographs what with Ebay and other people who genuinly don't care about baseball players.Nice post.All feeling aside,the Mets did falter this tear and as a luke warm Phillie fan,I can;t really rub their face in it.I'm not that kind of person.
