We took an industrial robot, strapped a tennis racket and a sword to it, and put it under the control of a WiiMote. We ran very light pattern recognition on the WiiMote, so it would copy our sword swings. You can read the write up at www.usmgarage.com

they have built far more sophisticated machines that is used for laproscopic surgeries. (basically a doc sits on a machine and manipulates things on screen (3D) and the machine performs the actual surgery). so this wii stuff is far to simple. nice try though.

They are the genious behind that robot - you people have no clue. Just sit on youtube. This robot is one of the smaller models out there.
