Does anyone know what I'm talking about regarding a black and white series subtle spoof of a character like Ming who was always raising his eyebrows in an exaggerated way to show effect? At least I assume it was a spoof. I saw it within the last 10-20 yrs and I don't know how old it was then. Thanks.
