"...Well, everyone, It's time for all of us to pay up. We all know this is type of crap that Jesse Jackson and Reverend Al have been pimping for years. It doesn't matter that hundreds of thousands of Union Soldiers already offered deeds with their lives in a very bloody civil war. It doesn't matter that trillions of dollars in deeds, in the form of public assistance has been given to the disadvantaged, many of them minorities. It doesn't matter that we passed a civil rights act make racial discrimination a crime. It doesn't matter that we passed hate crimes legislation. It doesn't matter that people of all races live together in relative harmony, that there is more peace, tolerance and acceptance than there has ever been and even a willingness from many of all races to move on, to move forward.
It is also doesn't matter that there are no living slaves and that there exist no living slave-owners. It doesn't matter if your ancestors arrived here after the civil war, like mine did. It doesn't matter if they lived in the free north or the slave south. Barack Obama wants us to offer "deeds", Reparations for slavery..."

I would find it hard to believe that if put directly into black neighborhoods the schools would be able to use those techniques that have worked in the past. Beside a detailed agenda of how these schools would work would be put into the original reparations plan. Seriously I don't believe we could figure out how and who to allocate the money too.

You're preaching to choir with me and I believe you misunderstood me I never said anything about oppression or capitalism. I believe and want reparations but I don't believe it'll be in money. How would the money even be allocated that my biggest issue the families are so large now. Who would be the head of the family to receive the money? We can't run away from our schools aside from actually building our own public schools is what we got.
