actually she never betrayed Brooke twice.. only the once. The so-called second betrayal, she told Brooke how she felt about Luke only so they are kinda even.. (and the school shooting doesn't count, lets face it she thought she was gonna die)
besides drunk or not, it wasn't right but everyone makes mistakes hence why they forgave each other. :)
