The only differences between the Xbox 360 Elite GoPro bundle and the Xbox 360 Premium GoPro bundle is that the Color is mat black and the memory is 120gb instead of 60gb. Oh and also it does not include a HDMI cable for the Premium but it does have a HDMI port.
