Just a few words of advice...
If you have to preface a comment with "no offense", it's usually something you just not say. You're comment is a broad statement directed at an entire "race" of people. This is what makes it offensive. Furthermore, if you would take the time to consult a color chart; black is a very definite color just as white is. Have you ever met a truly "black" or "white" person?
