not here to start an arguement but i prefer what works proficiently. dont get me wrong this guys a legend, amazing drummer, and this is cool as fuck but i dont see the point in spending time on this unless it can be a contribution to behind the full kit. Im sure some people feel differently but thats just my opinion.

the thing is scaling down on the kit really helps u develop great licks that u later can orchestrate on the entire kit! I love the idea of just using a hihat or whatever! makes u figure out how to fully utilize every part of your kit as much as u can!
