At the Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room
Uploaded by: Zardeenah
Video Description:
This is just about my favorite attraction at Disneyland. The cinematography isn't great...there are limits to a digital camera's movie making ability. This is a portion of the show, filmed earlier than the whole show was. Don't forget - The Tiki Room is brought to you by Dole Pineapple.

| Excellent question. ... ( 6 months ago by Zardeenah) |
| Excellent question. It's a variation on the Hawaiian War Chant that was popular during the Polynesian craze in the 1960's. With help from some other Tiki Room fans and some audio editing software, I think I have the lyrics worked out for all the flower parts, but not the parts where the tikis on the supporting columns start to sing. | I've never been to WDW, but for me, Disneyland has a sense of place and history that is missing from what I have seen (albeit on TV) of WDW, Magic Kingdom. For me, there's nothing like sitting there, enjoying something that people who were kids 40 years ago enjoyed. Plus, it's cool thinking about how the TR used to be powered by a computer the size of the whole TR, and now it's run off a single laptop. |
