I disagree, If the better team is really that much better, then they wouldn't allow it to come to shootouts. PK's are the price you pay for not playing your best against a so-called "crappy team". Plus penalty's are so exciting and its one of the things that makes soccer the beautiful game. Just my opinion, not trying to start a heated argument haha P.S. Kawaguchi is the best...

penalties are not just shoot or stop. its the pressure on the shoote and the goalie. and the result was that they all missed. meaning kawaguchi was putting the right pressure on them.
