Summary: At the end of Hermione's 6th year at Hogwarts, She is stunned to learn that Harry and Ron no longer need her because of what she told them about Horcruxes. They also confess that they only befriended her because of her intelligence. Hermione is hurt, and heartbroken.
Lord Voldemort takes advantage of this, and sends Lucius Malfoy to bring Hermione Granger to the dark side.
As Lucius stalks her, he becomes obsessed with Hermione, and wants her for his own.
One night, Lucius comes to her home, and proposes that she join the Dark Lord. Hermione refuses, and he says that he would come back.
Something in his gaze that night made Hermione unable to stop thinking about him. Fantasies filled inside her head, and joining Voldemort was sounding like a good idea.
Lucius comes back again another night, and tells Hermione how he feels about her. Over time, he slowly seduces her into joining Lord Voldemort.
On the night of her induction, Hermione is given the Dark Mark and is told that to prove her loyalty, she must kill Ron Weasley. She does this with ease. Harry witnesses it.
Lucius and Hermione are together at the end.
