thanks for clarifying your comment. The only one of us really looking to go pro is Mike Kross. The rest of us just do this as a hobby. Mike Kross actually is doing training, at WWA4 in Atlanta. He was the one that contributed the most to the ring as well.
As for the whole backyard thing....the only wrestlers I can recall getting recruited from a background standpoint were the Hardys and Shannon Moore, but even then, they went on to a semi-professional organization before they went to WWE.

Dude their isn't anything fake about a what they are doing. To a point it is scripted, but the pain, the movesets, and everything else is real.

HAHA what pain? The "movesets" are designed to look like they hurt. Ever wonder why the floors on those "rings" bounce and aren't solid? They stomp their feet when they "punch"... C'mon, wake up. You want pain go watch the pain olympics. Or have your friend kick you in the nuts, because you deserve to be sterile. It's completely fake. 100% scripted(NOT to a point..)

Bullshit those rings don't bounce cause I own a ring. Next your gonna say wrestling on a Trampoline is more painfull. I know all the ins and outs of wrestling and rings. I know where the scripted stuff comes in and when it doesn't. You can't script an entire 60 min Iron man match.

And yes those rings bounce, is far too obvious for me to even consider that they don't. Which, btw, if it is as stiff as you say, you might as well PLAY on your driveway(assuming you're white-trash ass has one). That would be more entertaining-maybe some real pain might come out of it.
