| An update, the key I bought from you was damaged and could not be used. Was it in transit? I doubt it, but I was not familiar with the way it was suppose to look. Anyway, I had to change two keys bought at the local music store. I have given "me" a Master's degree in the M1 from this little encounter with the experts. |

| Two other keys were put in. The problem that I am trying to sove is how to get my studio going again. I had to upload the sounds but unable to have MIDI work. I remember having to set the keyboard on global, channel 1, external clock. For some reason it is not cooperating. Any idea? Forget the key, got that under control. |

| If you want you can bring the M1 Over and i can reload the sound in but the M1 is at my house so we have to set up an appointment.I reload them fast for you. |

| You can only save the songs temporarily. When you turn off the keyboard the songs are deleted. You have to save your songs on a floppy disk from the SAVE menu. Hope this help. |

| It may sound easy but its not you have to take the whole keyboard apart just to get to thoes buttons and spray with contact cleaner. |

| Ok, it's not a problem for me to open the case and remove the boards and keyboard, I've already opened the T3 for other minor fixes (the aftertouch cable was broken). I'll try with the contact cleaner, hope this is enough. Thanks ;) |

| The M1 is just a basic synth that came out in the 80s so it does not have any auto acompiniments and floppy drives for standart midi files. |

| I've put my M1 away for about a year and a half (had it since 1990) and got me a midi controller and decided today to get reaquainted with it and after plugging it in and turning it on i get the message "battery low (Internal)", and on top of that i only have 1 sound in the keyboard "Piano". Can i change the battery and from 1 - 5, 5 being the hardest, what's the difficulty factor. and is there any way that i can get those factory sounds back? |
