If Goodell thought he had valueable info on other teams who did this he would have interview him also. Spector wanted to interview ANYONE who had more info about spygate and didn't want to interview Tomlin. If other teams did get in trouble for doing the same things the Pats did their punishment would still be weaker then the Pats punishment. That is becuase the Pats were specifally warned that what they are doing is illegal. No other team had that specific warning.

So....the 2007 memo sent out by Roger Goodall (about the league videotaping rule)was only directed at the Pats and no other team? YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. The memo re-stated the video taping rule, and Goodall knew this was just 1 thing going on in the league and in 2007 they were going to start enforcing the rule. My God... is it really this hard for you to understand?

Well... that's what a lot of people were saying who actually know football. Chris Collinsworth and the media are the ones who labeled it as "cheating". Secondly... BB stated he "mis interepreted the rule". Do you think he would be as obvious to put a guy IN PATS GEAR to stand on the Jets sidelines? Are you aware the Jets got busted in Foxboro the year before and BB DIDN'T snitch him out? Probably not.

I know that every team was sent that memo. The Pats personally recieved a second one becuase they got cuaght taping up in Green Bay last year. I didn't say anything about the league wide memo that was sent out as a PRECUATION. I only mentioned the one sent specifically to the Pats for that specific incident.

1. If they gained no advantage why cheat? I asked this question thousands of time and it wasn't answered. Lets see if you answer it or be the typical cheater fan and dodge it.
2. If he simply "misinterpreted the rule" then why would he have turned in the Jets for cheating. It wasn't until he got cuaght he find out it was illegal.

you guys are forgetting one point...before that memo the league never made a distinction on what is worse of a sign steal..Video tape..or when a player learnes what the teams sign is..Sure one is worse than the other but its stealing..Thats what the league thought..Before other teams complained on ne..and that made the league change there toon..Bill was stupid to continue..But that doesnt change that you can write signs down but cant tape them..that to me is fd..

if you look at what collinsworth said after cheating...he said video taping would make teams call defensive audibles..defensive audibles are day of game defensive plays that are insituted the day of game..so the video wont help...but how much dif. is the video than teams ..writing down signs from the prev. week..
