I thought the movie was mostly an awful hollywood costume showcase for new(ish) stars. I used to drink with a Pearl Harbor survivor who lost a leg in the attack. He was on his honeymoon! The scenes in the hospital do corres- pond to what I've heard and read, though. But the flying is ultrabogus.
