I say we are to remain a sovereign state, and and borders are to be respected, to many people fought and died for this country, for you & ron paul to have wishful thinking in throwing it all away.

If you want to stop illegal immigration, then help Mexico have labor laws, decent wages, help them fight to spread wealth, not have rich and poor only.
If you want to help our economy, buy USA made whenever possible, and stop supporting the free trade lie ie underestimating how powerful corps like GE are.

I mean nice thought but you need to get grip of reality there buddy....
and that reality is killing our economy, along with a number of other things, like the warmongering which you mentioned. No one trust us, and rightly so.
No one is saying to stop world trade, just to stop free trade, and have fair trade only.
However they want ultra cheap.... far cheaper than they would be if they where made in the USA and really there average understanding of economica is sad to say the least.
What you talking about is a change in the attitudes of society towards consuming.
Howevewr thats really difficult ot achieve especially in country where capitalism is the name of the game.
