i am a huge greenbay packer fan. born and raised a packer fan. and without a doubt a huge brett favre fan. as much as i hate to say it, i really hope he stays retired. he always said that he would never play for another team..i hope he sticks to his word. i will miss him! not seeing a number four in green and gold will be different, but it is number 12's time to shine!

I was never a packers fan, but I will admit that he has to be one of the best QB in NFL history. I would love to see him as an Offensive Coach. Imagine what he could offer.... and 38 isn't old at all... I don't think we've seen the last of Favre.

i'm a diehard pack fan and a diehard kentucky wildcats fan, and UK's rival, louisville, had a QB named brian brohm who got drafted to green bay. so the team that i hate's QB goes to my favorite NFL team. now there will be a packers bandwagon with all the dumbass UL fans. makes me sick

He should not retire. The NFL needs him now more than ever. He just threw for another 4100 yards and he's showing no signs of losing it. The NFL should make sure they keep him on the field with all the crud going on with NE. I think he'll realize that he needs football and retirement is too darn boring. I say he comes back. I hope he does as an NFL fan. I would love to see 70,000 yards passing. That would be insanely cool.

I think he's great. He should STAY that way. RETIRED and GREAT. Don't come back for a week or a month or a year and make a fool of yourself. Retire... Enjoy it. Live life. Love it. Show up and watch the games. He should relish in his Glory. And celebrate with the fans, his teamates, and his family and freinds

i lived in wisconsin and favre's the only reason why fans go to lambea field, if arron rogers takes his place no 1 will show up so duh hes comming back. If packers release him bears will snatch him & win the superbowl.
