Such a classy voice. I'd like to hear her do some big band style music (like 40's-50's). Her voice just has that smoky tone that can just be so relaxing and yet captivate. in my opinion, far better than alicia keys.

I love Chrisette's first CD. An awesome project and I think this is my fav song from. It's so wonderful to hear a true vocalist with such maturity in style and delivery. Her texture is just delicious!!!! Can't wait for her next project. I agree she is VERY under rated!

I think it's because she does grown folks music and the kiddie stuff sells a lot better these days. They push artists who do dance music more. She doesn't have any club bangers. This is like a Starbucks joint.

That doesn't surprise me. This is why I don't listen to mainstream music. My fav group is Take 6. I applaude any artist that dares to stay true to their artistry. The music industry is so tainted and churns out artists that sound the same with their cupie doll voices and looks. I can't stand it. When I heard Chrisette's project I was hooked immediately. I can't wait for her next project. Who cares what she looks like. For me it's all about the integrity of the music!
