I don't think a record should be valid if you use a shirt. Clothing should support joints,
and provide protection, but clothing that
boosts your lift capacity has always felt like

Yes, I have said the same, I've just replied to the guy who said fat guys were naturally strong. Fatness does not equal strength, but these guys have tons of muscle under the fat, as you said.

he has one of the strangest bodies i have ever seen. He barely moved to complete that rep, but i suppose that doesn't change the fact he was lifting 1010Lb, but still i rather not be able to bench it, than look like that, because that does not look good.
