i never saw a real traceur bleed like this. Funny, maybe it´s because he made trickin and other stuff that he don´t know how to make it save. Traceur train simple things and after that made some little difficult things. Flips and other crap are not parkour.

That is not correct, If you master the art of parkour you will never call yourself a freerunner,. Freerunning is just biulded over and a misunderstanded use in the sense of parkour. Parkour is fleeing, not tricking and making a nice backflip. Sorry thats just not the point of the sport.

very true, but i called it a sport, and one man reminded me that it was less of a sport, and more of an art. a sport is about competition. Parkour is about effenciency. Free running is more about style than effeciency... took me a while to learn... im not trying to offend you at all. just trying to help people rethink thier ideas about parkour.

this is starting to sound like a broken record. Parkour/Freerunning both have the same princible freedom of movement. Clearing all obstacles in your way, physical and mental. And fear is an mental obstacle, if you fear a flip, you are not in total control of mind or body. That leaves a gap in your training.

Parkour is not only JUMPING from a 2 b. There is a whole side you arent getting, the philosophy behind it. Bothe PK and FR have very similar ideas running them.
