I don't like Giuliani (in fact, I hate him) but truth be told, the PBA and NYPD are just mad because they never got a raise while Giuliani was mayor and now they are trying to get back at him. Bloomberg (the current mayor of NYC) has not giving the NYPD a raise either and it's likely the PBA and NYPD will say bad things about him too when he leaves office.

NYPD needs to get a raise, and look people, let me tell you why there are corrupt cops. If a candidate enver committed a crime, but they were born a thief, the theif wil eventually show itself.
