KWS's father was a roadie for SRV. Kenny's dad took Kenny to a SRV concert when he was 8 or so. Stevie had Kenny sit on an amp on stage and that Christmas Kenny got a guitar. A few years later Kenny released Ledbetter Heights. Perhaps you have heard of Kenny's Band...Double Trouble...yes the same three guys!
I like to think KWS picked up where SRV left off.

yeah... but it's kind of unorigional in that aspect.
No disrespect toward KWS or SRV, but truth be told, they're just playing the sped up blues rock again, whoopedee do. Where's the innovation in that seriously, playing more of the same? I've heard some of KWS's heavier stuff as well, but still, This guy is ok, but It's a damn shame he's not applying technique to more than straight-up blues rock.

This guy is great, he remind so much of the Stevie-Ray style. Good heavy supporting band too. I have found out you can get serious whiplash listening to this song while driving down the road.
