Eli Roth is nothing more than a left-wing lunatic who uses his films to spout his anti-American sentiment to the rest of the world. The Hostel films were meant to show the world that Americans are stupid- regardless of ideology, partisanship, etc. Everyone should find these films insulting.

Alright I'm not going to call anyone with a different opinion crazy here, unlike others on this comment board. I don't totally agree with Republicans = Horror movie profits, but i do have one comment for ol' straight shootin' Cavuto. He claimed when Psycho came out that JFK, a democrat, was president. It actually was Eisenhower, a republican. Gotta say, FOX "news" seems to make a ton of these little "errors" daily, somehow always benefiting a right wing view. Coinscidence?

That's true, I didn't catch that. Keep in mind though, Eisenhower was a very popular president. He would have won regardless of partisanship, it was just the Republicans who had him run. It's an honest mistake though, Kennedy was elected in 1960. As far as Hostel being political, all lefty up there had to say were 3 words: "Hurricaine Katrina" and "Government." And the spiel about the war.
BTW I was critisizing the fact that "Hostel" is an insult to all Americans. Roth can have his opinion.

I like Eli Roth's movies, I hate the fact that he thinks he's being cool and smart (the Bill Maher syndrome) by putting insults to America and American culture (which pays him all that money btw).
But, we need Eli Roth's because a) he's a talented horror director and b) I need to know that if I ever start sounding like him, something's wrong with my brain!
