I love the vibe of this! Steve Stevens is one of my favorite players - always plays for the song - not to show off his "chops", though he certainly has great chops. I saw him with Billy Idol at the Hammerstein Ballroom a few years ago. He was great - great show!

Steve isn't the best guitarist but he's still my personal favorite. I love his style and he always has the best tone -- he changes it around but it's always top notch.

He plays with the song while at the same time showing off his chops. He's a very flashy guitarist but makes it work with whatever. Just check out the Bozzio Levin Stevens albums (2 of the best cds I own for the record) if you don't believe me.
