Released 1976, produced by attorney Mark Lane, author of Rush To Judgement (1966).
Lane tells the story of Deputy Sheriff Roger Craig. Craig was on duty on November 22nd, and made crucial observations. Unlike others, he saw nothing wrong in telling people the truth of what he observed. After his name appeared in books, articles etc., his life changed, not for the better. Attempts were made on his life; his car blew up, he was shot at, and he was practically forced off the road and barely survived the accident.
Amongst his many crucial observations at the Plaza, is Oswald running down the Grassy Knoll, being picked up by a slow driving station wagon, heading west in Elm St. After being signaled to. Also the rifle with the clear stamp on the barrel reading "7.65 Mauser" found in the depository. That is only some of the crucial observations he made.

From start to finish, I listened intently to Craig's account. He sounded so credible in his recollections of the case, so believable. Those involved in the plot eventually took him down, but not before his account had gone on the record. If only this account could have been told in person to the HSCA in 1977. God bless you, Mr. Craig.

funny how a guy could be "Man of the Year" in 1960 as a police officer but when says the wrong thing they discredit him and harass him eventually killing him. Same thing with former FBI agents who spoke out like Jim Garrison,they were FBI agents but when they speak out they are discredited and labelled a nut job.

Great documentary, on Roger Craig, whether Craig was crazy or not is not the point. The point is a President of the United States of America was assassinated plane and simple. And we as a great nation, have all been violated whether you lived through it or have only studied that terrible day in history. We have spent so much time reviewing the truth about clues unfolding the assassination in the how and who that day of execution. The plan and simple truth is what power had that ability.

I agree with LoveRaven62. It's a conspiracy. I wasn't alive in 63, but something never spoken about is the SKILL involved with killing via a rifle. It's not easy. It takes iron nerve. Jackie Kennedy was right next to JFK when his was head shot to bits. Oswald, as far as we know, hadn't fired a rifle since '59. I've not thrown an American football in 4 years now - somehow, I doubt I could throw as accurate. This was triangulated, coordinated fire from at least 2 and maybe 3 guns.

You're brain-washed to beleive that your own Govt is above all this. The era of Kennedy was at a time of heightened paranoia about the 'communist threat'. 'Other countries are corrupt, not mine' - is what you grew up to beleive. If you'd been in Roger's shoes, you'd kept quiet and 'towed the party line' policy of 'defending the realm'. Only, it's not the countries security you'll be protecting, just the cover-up of a state-sponsored murder of its own leader. You'd be a coward! RIP, Roger.
