Hey, dum-dum, didn't you catch the fact that the SELLER left me NEGATIVE FEEDBACK in SEPTEMBER 2007, when that was still possible? Why do you suppose I was APPLAUDING the fact that unscrupulous SELLERS CANNOT leave buyers NEGATIVE feedback anymore? The SELLER DEFRAUDED ME, leaving me NOTHING in that auction EXCEPT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! Ebay REFUSED TO REMOVE the negative feedback, even though the SELLER COMMITTED MAIL FRAUD by ACCEPTING money for PRIORTY MAIL, BUT NEVER SHIPPING MY ITEM!!!

So you must really have been an ass if the seller was going that ballistic. A seller can submit a non paying bidder notice to ebay whether or not you paid! There's something you're not telling us, you deserve to got ripped off probably. I think it's funny, what was it a 99 cent item?

I seriously doubt if a buyer could submit a non-paying bidder notice when the full (final bid plus shipping) amount was paid through Paypal (which is also owned by eBay), in much less than the required response time under eBay rules - and that is EXACTLY what happened! I think the (NON) seller was PO'ed at me because I won the item by bidding in the last few seconds of the auction, way too late for any "staged" bidder to drive up the price!

If he refunded the paypal payment it then changes ebay item status to unpaid, and seller can do it. I always bid at the last 2 seconds too. Sometimes I just cancel auctions if nobody gets the bidding going! 10 watchers can kiss my ass.. you can tell they are all lined up to snipe at the last second, but if there's no bids, you can end the item any time.

The (NON) seller left me his NEGATIVE feedback within MINUTES of that auction's end, on the same day. However, I waited something like 29 DAYS (hoping I would actually receive what I paid for) before filing complaints of non-delivery to Paypal and eBay. The seller clearly INTENDED to DEFRAUD ME from the very moment the auction ended! I NEVER LEFT ANY FEEDBACK for the seller, because, in my view, the TRANSaction (meaning INTERaction between buyer and seller)NEVER HAPPENED because he never sent it

If you how to setup a website please come up with a website for ebay sellers.
So that all sellers have their chances to post negative feedbacks for buyers, and also for the CEO or whoever came out with the new feedback system
ebay sellers are allowed to post either positive or negative feedbacks for ebay CEO & employees.
I bet ebay CEO will get the most negative feedbacks in the world.

See, this is how it goes. Ebay set up a defective system, where this good seller, like all good sellers ,just like me, have done all except refund the buyers money and give the item for free. Then, all these ebay representatives have been trained to tell you how to work around their defective system. They admit it's flawed, but they give you NO hope of ever fixing it.My shipping DSR was below 4.3 all of August , and I ship the same way as this seller.
