Im a 30 year old hispanic male my height is 5'9 my weight is 160 I have a not so good record from the past I did my time for my crimes but does it give the State police and the City police the right to have me cuffed then taze me in the genitals then brutally beat me while I was conscious from been tazed in the groin area the pain was extreme im suffering till this day the two officers Harvey which he works for the State police and the other officer Becton which he is a city cop both officers are between 6 foot to 6'3 280 to 300 pounds (505)315-5538

Odd how the officer said 10-50. 10-50 means "traffic accident." That makes the cop seem shady as far as covering up injuries. The "recording has been shut off" is also shady since the words overlap the images of you in the hospital. Yet, the cop does seem to breathe heavier when the camera allegedly gets turned back on as if something physical did go down.
