Thanks. I mostly improvise. I'm not formally trained in piano so I just work from the notes and then play what sounds good to me which may explain the variations?

On the melody with the left hand you play a low note then a chord. The chord (as written in the music, and played by Billy Joel) is not always played withe the right hand part. That is what i was referring to. I really like the way you played it thought; it had some fuller chords than the way i play it.

not a bad rendition, it needs a light swing, not a really heavy one, you caputured the magic of the piece well, just check the rythms and the ending (don't speed up and then rit, keep it constant and then slowly rit it) Well done nice job

I think the best sheets for this are in the book "Billy Joel Greatest Hits Vol I & II." If you google that title, it should come up. Definitely worth getting because there are a lot of great songs in there.
