Women shouldn't be afraid to use weights in their workouts but i wouldn't use weights when doing cardio because it messes up your balance and it is not very healthy for the joints.

absolutely the cold of the icecubes numbs your stomach, you don't feel hungry anymore and the cold makes your body burn calories warming the icecubes up ( i always crush them but not too fine cause it makes them less effective) just before fitness or running up and down stairs it does wonders! good luck
ps. it's not unhealthy it's like eating icecream without calories

Only stupid people would take advice on how to stay thin from a model or anyone in the industry.Models generally snort coke and gobble amphetamines to stay thin,or make themselves vomit.Face it,even if this makes you look great right now the stress it will cause on your body will make you age like hell.The only way to lose and keep it off is a sensible balanced diet in moderation and regular sleep,regular exercise and plenty of water.
