what does that have to do with anything in the interview or my response? my question is: how can you judge an album without hearing it (they both mention they haven't heard the album)? then he says Nas isn't good at explaining himself and uses some ambiguous Spiderman metaphor (wtf?) then contradicts himself by saying Nas is overrated but he's one of the illest emcees. fuck is he saying? heads need to get off this "Fuck Nas" bandwagon cause it doesn't make sense esp when you follow this clown.

I'm a Nas fan like most...but, you have to stop "Illmatic" thumping and listen. None of you have seen the clip NYOIL is referring to. There are artists who can articulate themselves beyond their art and there are some like Nas, when it comes time to answer a critical question that doesn't have a beat behind it, THEY GET LOST. If you're going to name your album "NIGGER", you better have a good reason to call it that rather than saying, "go pick up my album and you'll find out."

He's saying Nas has the capability and genius, but he doesn't utilize it to its potential. Shit, I can agree with that, he doesn't come full out. But you've got NYOIL with an aggressive delivery, intelligent conception SPITTING THE SAME IDEA! And yet suckas wanna knock him? Research tracks before popping off:

I honestly think NY Oil is full of shit. I do think that Nas is trying to put Nigger out there for sales purposes. I believe this is also why his previous album was titled Hip Hop is Dead. He wants the shock value. Don't get me wrong I am a fan of Nas as we all are. But it is just this NY Oil cat that has no room to talk. He comes out with a song saying people should be lynched. How is this any different then titling a album nigger? I believe NY Oil is just trying too hard to act conscience.
