In my honest opinion, i'd have to say that a back tuck is much easier than a back handspring. Also i'd say the handspring is more dangerous because you are obligated to jump back rather than up. Then you land on you're hands which is quite frankly close to your neck which could snap is your arms give out. They're both generally easy tricks, eye just think the handspring is more difficult than the back tuck. Plus if you have a bad technique you can seriously injure your risks.
