You cannot, in legal terms, consider Isaiah guilty with no conviction. It's not inconceivable that a high profile person who wasn't guilty could still try and settle a case out of court for the means of protecting his/her image, and avoiding any further legal fees. Bottom line: I don't hate the Pats, I hate arrogance, I hate cockiness, and that's exactly what NE and a lot of their fans exhibited last year. It'd be one thing if all their overconfidence was justified, and if they had taken care of business in SB 42 it might have been, but they didn't, yet many Pats fans still feel the need to whine about it and rip the rest of the league. Confidence isn't an issue - public perception of NE is that the players, staff, and fans feel a sense of entitlement to win every game. Belichick storming off the field with one second left reinforces this notion. When the Eagles lost SB 39, McNabb could be seen congratulating the Pats. It's a little something called class, and it garners respect in the league. At least none of the players were bitter enough to say they should've won, though the fans have ever since, which I find amusing.

I'm no Giants fan, and I have no problem with anyone printing 19-0 t-shirts; it'd remind everyone of a glorious day that will always be remembered, when an overrated, overhyped team got what it had coming to it. And don't flatter yourself, the Yankees and Blue Devils are perennial winners, not cheating, classless, poor losers. Nobody envies 2nd best. And don't say they're not sore losers: Brady and Moss skipped the Pro Bowl so they could grieve and pout, and made up injuries as excuses. Pussies.
