It seems like this song is about death. Kind of reminds me of the film Them, with the shots of FNM surrounded by that strange-looking black stuff. Also you've got the guy looking around curiously, which represents looking into the unknown (what happens after you die). The broken lightbulb signifies worrying about death, in that the fragile exterior is gone (ie not thinking about death), leaving something that's useless without it (the exposed interior).
