"who did the buckeyes even beat in those five games" I particuarly remember them stomping a Kansas State team that shit ALLOVER OU (probably should have kept them out of the title game) and a Sugar Bowl ass beating of the big bad 12's Texas A&M. Lay off Ohio State, everyone has a shitty game every now and then. We're consistent in our bowl games. No hard feelings, though. I rooted for OU in the Fiesta Bowl. (And I go to school here in Idaho. Idaho State University. We used to be rivals).

The Big 12 sucks, Texas could barely get by Iowa, and Oklahoma lost to Boise State(?), not to mention getting stomped out by USC last time you played them.

it was a close game, and a good one, but we (LSU) didn't have nearly the amount of offensive firepower OU had. You guys had an all american, heisman winning QB and a powerhouse offense that put up 46 points a game and over 450 yards of offense a game on average.

In 2003, LSU's monster D (ranked #1 that year I believe) kept you to about 170 yards of total offense and 14 points, not to mention recording 2 interceptions (the most for one game for your QB) and 7 sacks. Our offense was pretty good but didn't even compare to yours and your D was also pretty good. If anything else, LSU's defense owned OU's offense, at least when compared to what they had been doing, even in their Big 12 championship loss
