The music doesn't have to "relate to their beliefs" for them to perform it. As a great, renowned choir they're going to perform beautiful music because it's beautiful.

Leaders of the LDS Church have encouraged members to use the church's full name to emphasize the church's focus on Jesus Christ." Don't see the issue with singing about "the Lamb of God." Hasn't anything to do with this lovely rendition anyway.

The harmonies create their own wobbles. If you put in vibrato, it distorts the harmonies.
