It's common sense those tapes helped a ton, how wouldn't they? He knows he is wrong, why do you think he is so unhappy and never seems satisfied or confident. He knew what he was doing he is just trying to come up with a technical excuse, I don't know the rules by word and would think that taping signals is obviously wrong, don't need to look in a book on that one, and if he is so good why does he try and manipulate every little thing to try and win.

3 teams got robbed of a championship.. Bilichek should be banned from coaching at any level and do jail time. The only reason the NFL only took a first round pick is if they punished him as seriously as he deserved instead of downplaying it the way the did, they would be admitting the Pats cheated there way to 3 rings (which they did) and the NFL would lose credibility.. Players are only as good as the plays that are given to them. You can have the best players but lose by running the run plays.
Football is more about plays. With the right plays, you can shut down people or score on anybody. They say football is 90% mind, meaning coached.
The Patriots got shut down by great players but the insane line Stunting was all coached and was pointed out after the game.

I think it's wrong that Bellichick cheated. But I'm a Pats fan to the end man, since I was a kid. I find it funny, it's proven all other teams do it, it just so happened the Pats got caught. Oh well, not trying to make excuses. It's wrong to cheat but I'll be a Pats fan to the end.

hey retard did you even listen to the interview? belichick said that teams change signals almost all the time, and that signals could be recorded by writing them down on a piece of paper. that memo that specified the videotaping rules, which came in 2006, came after the pats won their three superbowls. up until 2006 belichick's interpretation was perfectly reasonably, he never used the signals during the game which is what the nfl by-laws says.
