Do you mean ... ( 8 months ago by JenniferESL)
Do you mean labeling them?
My practice is to state the level in the description. Look under "About This Video".
The titles have limited space, so it's impractical to include levels there. In the future I may try to start my own website where I can better organize all the videos.

Do you mean the text to all of my presentations in all of the videos to date?
I added more script to one my recent lessons because it's for lower level students. All other videos (including this one) are mainly for upper level students, who should be able to comprehend without as much visual input.

Yes, in fact I had a hard time choosing only three expressions to highlight! I also like the idiom "to drop the ball". It's widely used in conversation as well as in the news. Just like a football player can drop the ball and create a bad play for the team, a person can fail to perform well or handle responsibilities, creating a bad situation for all.

Isn't that funny? I should think that Carnival would be more fun: dancing, music, laughter, and no sore losers!

I'm not your typical American. I can get excited about the Super Bowl, but in general I don't love American football! To this day I don't understand all the rules of the game.

Thank you, Jennifer, I found your videos are very helpful and wonderful, and you are also a very good teacher. I have been living in the USA for 15+ years, but I haven't been paying much attention to the American accent diligently until lately when I have to communicate and present in front of a lot of people. I am still learning and found that intonation is very important in English accent.
