Here, here! It's good to see someone tell the media majority where to stick it! Mac and Sammy kissed the medias asses and got a free ride(for the most part). Bonds was doomed from the get go.

In the good old days, the media was a lot more professional and just gave you the facts of the game. "Today, so and so went 3-4 with 2 hr and 5 rbi's." End of story! No editorials, no talk show atmospheres, just the plain old BASEBALL news. Not some shit that would fit a tabloid show.

I don't know about you, but when I go to a ballpark to watch a baseball game, that's called "a day off." These guys feel that since they're writing a little book report about what they saw at the ballpark the other day, they can "proudly" call what they do...a job!"

I look forward to seeing Barry conquer the baseball world once and for all. I distinctly remember that in 1989 he was intentionally walked 27 times despite having a less-than-stellar .249 avg! 27 IBB's with an average that low? Must have been a reason. Maybe that God-given ability that has unfortunately been overlooked by this mess.

I also would like to add that we the fans are the only ones to blame. The media caught McGwire redhanded, beyond a reasonable doubt with Andro. The fans had a chance to send a message. Their message? So when all these assholes say that NOW they are against steroids usage, they're full of shit. They weren't in '98 and deep down, they DO want to see #756. Shaquille O'Neal is criticised all the time for his elbows. Anyone who really knows sports knows that Shawn Bradley was at least just as bad maybe worse. It's only because it's a legend doing it.

Thanks for the feedback but people need to know that andro was sold over the counter and I think still is, it isn't much of an aid when it comes to hitting home-runs. The problem is that some of these young kids are being taught that Barry stole 746 home-runs, that you can hit 746 on roids which is so not true. It's all hand-eye coordination look at Griffey Jr. eighth on the all-time home-run list, its his swing!

Look at the type of person that despises Barry Bonds, look at the guys that hate Barry. They all have something in common, they are white males, vey few understand how difficult it is to do what he did and is doing. The players in the MLB have much respect for Barry! They all were cheating but it doesn't matter he has always hit home-runs!
