Wow...great job, really impressive is the drop in your heart rate. I liked your shopping too. I am gonna have to tap into some of your motivation, I gotta get back into pool/ocean and gym myself. I recommend doing something everday (5 days a week), but 3 days a week is forward. And #1, don't get hurt (pull muscles or the like), otherwise we slide back to zero.
