Miyamoto Musashi was a swordsman who used that style of fighting, and he is not a coward.
and in order to use two swords technique, both your arms must be strong, and people usually have most of their strength on their right arm, unless they are left handed, then they will have more strength in left arm.

10-1 Kyu (1 is the best grade)
1-8 Dan (8 is the best grade)
