OMG, the drive is so smooth. The backwards compatibility is phenomenal! Until now, there hasn't been a slot-loading drive that will take more than one size of disc, but looks like Nintendo got someone to develop one that did it for them! Just another reason why Nintendo's gonna win this round of console wars.
