Well... The King Cobra's venom has been known to be so potent that it could even kill an elephant! However, you are right that the venom of the largest venomous snake in the world is not as deadly as the others...
All the most venomous snakes are from Australia, Taipan, Tiger Snake etc... which venom produced in a single bite is so deadly that it could kill a million mice!

O. hannah is actually not a rodent feeder. they feed on snakes, which of course are ectothermic, so they don't prefer warm blood.

yeah but the female and sometimes the male protects the nest with their lives until the you hatch. If they didn't care about each other then why would they do that? Also King Cobras have favorite mates and often return to the same mate each breeding season.

That does happen sometimes. But typically, w reptiles exhibit very little care for the young. with the exception of crocodylians and a monkey tail skink. But yes king cobras will mate for life. they are the most intelligent snakes. The only other non-avian reptiles that exceed them in intelligence are crocodiles and monitor lizards.

finally... THANK YOU for killing the rats before letting the snakes eat them its much less painful for the rat + the snake has less chance of getting hurt AKA getting a eye bitten or scratched :)

I think they are. You can tell by the markings along their body and their scale patterns on their heads. Those features are very distinct on King Cobras.
