Geologist Jim Berkland made this earthquake prediction yesterday at the Geysers in Napa Valley, May 27th at 3:30pm. This Prediction is for June 1st - 8th, 2008. Jim estimates this will be a very seismically active period in California and beyond.

If you guys are so scared of earthquakes what are you doing living in California? If you live here, you need to be prepard to be on your own for a week or longer. Google what supplies to have and quit whining. This come to you from someone who lived very near the Whittier fault when it ruptured, among other quakes. I live ON the San Andreas, and went through the Hetor Mine, Big Bear (6.5) and Lander's quakes (7.4)LEARN what to do, do not excite panic! Keep your heads screwed on right.

1)Within 140 miles (2-degrees) of Mt. Diablo (37.9N; 121.9W) a 3.5-6.5M earthquake.
(2) Within 140 miles of Los Angeles (34.0N; 118.0N) a 3.5-6.5M earthquake.
(3) With an epicentral address of Washngton or Oregon, a 3.5-6.5M earthquake.
4) Globally, a major (7+M) earthquake. Especially within the Pacific Ring of Fire, where 80% of the world's stronger earthquakes occur.
