He became a team player when he found a team that was willing to embrace who he was instead of giving him shit all the time for it. Romo is the first QB he's worked with since leaving SF that hasn't shunned him behind the scenes and avoided throwing the ball to him because he "made the papers".

That's a pretty unfair comparisson. Terrel has consistently produced with every single team he's played on. Randy Moss played terribly when he was in Oakland. Randy Moss also happens to be on the best team in the NFL and has a quarterback who has the best offensive line in the game. It's not hard to make passes with that kind of protection and a very deep receiving core.
