Every song of every genre of music means different things to different people. Sure, this song might be about God to you, but to others it is about a guy/girl. They're both personal.
If that's what you think the song is about, then that's your opinion. But don't say that that is all the song is, nothing more.

actually jasons official statement is that people that listen to it should interpret the song in anyway they want.
