1. Crouch Down
2. Jump up
3. Pop the tail/nose of board with your back leg
4. Slide your front foot up the grip-tape almost simultaneously.
5. Suck your front foot then your back foot up to your chest
6. Prepare for landing
7. Bend news when you land to absorb impact
8. Ride off smoothly
