Holy shit, is that Robert Glasper on keys? He's been doing work with Tip lately, and it sure looks like him, with that beret & beard...I think it's amazing that some of the new jazz artists are so involved in hip-hop. Check out the stuff Glasper is doing with Chris Dave and Mos Def if you don't know what I'm talking about.

it's a shame Tip has to perform electric relaxation minus Phife Dawg, its not the same and should not be done, as for Work it out..I think the song is really funky, maybe the neo soul thing in hip hop can come back again or a new york renessiance in hip hop can emerge. Hip hop now has no soul ( personality,creativity,beats). I think emerging technology helped nail a coffin to hip hop. I am not against technology(obviously) but I dont think i should see a lap top with turntables. ANYWAY good song

does anybody know why "work it out" wasn't on tip's new album the renaissance? it was an awesome cd, but i noticed it wasn't on their, even though it was supposed to be one of the singles.
