One: The bus has a reflection.
Two: You can see his shadow being obscured by the bus-shadow.
Three: You can see him infront of the back-tire of the bus.
Four: People are too much of assholes to actually honk or stop, if he's not hurt.
Reason it's fake: The top of his head is slightly above bumper-level of the bus, it'd have snapped his neck.

-NO reflection of runner in puddle heading out but you see it as he (she?) returns.
-TONALITY of sky reflection in the puddle is "split" then evens out too quickly in the end.
-MISALIGNMENT of posts when car enters the frame on left (:05) (separate footage). That was the BIG giveaway.
-DRIVERS don't lay on the horn and cuss out runner!
-ELBOWS and head look to high to clear the differential. --I would guess three separate clips (car, bus, runner) compositioned into one. Entertaining.
This is here for entertainment, not to have people give 5 points as to why it's fake.
